I opened my facebook account this evening and was surprised to see that everyone has turned into their own favorite cartoon character from childhood including an attached message that read:
Change your Facebook profile picture to a cartoon from your childhood, and invite your friends to do the same. Until Monday next week, we hope to see less human faces on Facebook, but an invasion of childhood memories. This is for awareness of Violence against Children.
Well, it’s not only great to see that almost everyone else joined the bandwagon (including me), but on the process, you could sense that people instantly became nostalgic and it was fun to see how each was clearly enjoying reminiscing their youth and paying tribute to their once childhood heroes as well. A little act of random kindness to support a campaign that unleashed the kid inside everyone else’s..made my day!
